James B. Kelly, III
After graduating with honors from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, James Burnett Kelly III earned a law degree from the University of Florida College of Law and a master’s degree in real estate from Warrington College of Business. He then became an assistant state attorney, prosecuting crimes in Orange and Osceola counties. James then served as an assistant city attorney and police legal adviser for the City of Kissimmee. In 2003, he and Juan Salazar launched Salazar & Kelly Law Group to serve the people of Central Florida.
